- 60-minute intake: $260
- 90-minute intake: $320
- 15–20 minute follow-up: $130
- 30-minute follow-up: $150

Many plans are accepted, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Florida Blue, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Ascension SmartHealth, Quest Behavioral Health, Horizon BCBS, and Independence Blue Cross. At this time, we do not participate with Medicare or Medicaid. Insurance information is updated regularly, so please call the office at 914-647-8217 or 561-461-1945 for the most current information.
Payment and estimates
Cash, checks, and major credit cards are accepted. For clients without insurance or who are not using insurance, a Good Faith Estimate is available for expected non-emergency care costs. Itemized invoices and superbills may be available for reimbursement requests.
Cancellation policy
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.
