Rates for Cash paid
You will ONLY pay this amount if you have No insurance, otherwise your insurance will cover the cost of the visit except for your copay cost.
- $260 intake fee (60 minutes)
- $320 intake fee (90 minutes)
- $130 follow up fee (15-20 minutes)
- $150 follow up (30 minutes)
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan covers for mental health services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the session to avoid a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.
